AK-47 is our most popular action packed early morning training class that will help you get
your day off to a fantastic start. It is NOT a
BOOTCAMP. Our urban style sessions are easy enough for someone who wants to get back in shape and difficult
enough for a seasoned athlete. We use everyday movements and common outdoor or indoor obstacles
to bring out the best in each participant. This program is not easy! We will not baby you! We may train inside
or outside depending on the weather and or the instructor. Anyone can do this program. Every routine is set for many different
intensity levels. Our program is so diverse that we have actually had a 67 year old man training right beside a hardcore
