"Two Friends with the same objectives"

Partner Training: There are several elements to partner training. 

1. Are you and your partner a good match? For example:  Pairing myself with a guy who has never lifted before would not be fair to him or myself.     

2. Do you both have the same goals?  Making sure that you both have similar goals and objectives will insure that both partners get quality training.

3. Scheduling? You will be treated as one client on the schedule so having schedules that match up are a must.

4. Measuring and Testing?  This can be done as a pair or in private. I will be glad to accomodate each person at a different time if necessary at no charge. Friends still like privacy.

5. Our first meeting? This is a Biggie! I want to sit with you and take notes to decide what kind of program is good for all of us. I want to know your likes and dislikes before creating you program.
