My name is Matt Morgan.  I am a Certified Trainer and boxing, mixed martial arts instructor.  My passion is fitness!..I enjoy helping and assisting people be all that they can be.  I am glad to be a part of Taylor Made Training. Please allow me to share my knowledge and fitness philosophy with you.  My Evening group Functional Training program will not only educate you on the simplicity of training, it will also open your eyes to what your current program is not giving you.  If you are looking to shed pounds in a controlled and fun environment, you may want to come give it a try. "GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE".  My Group program is designed with everyone in mind. No matter your fitness level, everyone can participate. So if you are looking for something different and what you are doing is not getting you results, the only thing you have to lose is pounds?....I hope to meet you soon!

WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING?...Everyday movements that assist the body in daily activities...Functional Training exercises work up to 20 muscles during a movement versus 1 to 8.
