What is FIT-Camp?
Our FIT-Camp has three major functions that makes our program very successful.
1. You will have a portfolio. In other words, we want you to see our program working for you. At the end of each month
you will do a fit test and be measured. 2. Variety. We will do many of the same exercises, but our routines
are always changing to make sure your body never adapts to the same boring exercises. 3. You will be a part of a small
TEAM. Accountability is huge and we will email you, call you, and so will your new training partners. We
want you to succeed, and we want you to see your results. Most of our Fit Camp routines are indoors at TMT however two
days a week we like to get outside to mix it up to get some fresh air. If you have been looking for something fun,
different, and effective, you just found it. Please feel free to call for more information.
Can anyone do it? Of course. All of our routines can
be scaled up or down, meaning that every exercise we do can be modified to your fitness level. We will also set up a
free consultation prior to your new program to go over any injuries, concerns, etc. Don't let fear get the best of you..Come

The next question you probably want to
ask is what kind of exercises will I be doing at Fit Camp? It really depends
on the class you attend and the instructor giving the class, however you can rest assure that all of our classes are fun,
challenging, and designed with every type of participant in mind. I recommend that you step out of your comfort
zone and try them all. Chances are pretty good that you will never do the same routine twice so I am sure there are
some you will like and some that you will just appreciate. Nevertheless, come and have fun and see what we have to offer. We
will coach you, encourage you, and assist you to be the person that you know you can be.
How was this program developed? Thanks for asking.
Believe it or not it is still being developed. My programs are always changing, the more I continue to learn,
the more I get to teach my clients, and it is an ongoing process. Fit camp was developed around Boxing camps or Mixed
Martial Art camps. Now don't let that scare you, I just used their concept. Have you ever noticed that you don't
see pro fighters, athletes, and or mixed martial artists training beside you at the gym? There is a reason for
that. These type of people train in camps. They are a band of brothers and comrades that train together, sweat
together, and most of all learn together. They also trust each other and make each other better on a daily basis to
form crazy strong bonds. They are like an extended family! I love this concept so much that I developed
Fit camp around it. Picture this! You join our camp, find out where you are with a consultation, get measured,
begin training with us, meet new friends, receive great assistance and coaching, and become a small part of our
band of brothers and sisters. With this concept, the only way you can lose is to not show up. Want to now

the schedule above for $100 a month plus open gym during business hours. We
