Band Training (Super Dynamic Resistance) Teaches client
proper use of bands and chords. a great addition to any Resistance training regimen.
Circuit Training Combines
and implements exercises for different body parts to promote high intensity and endurance, yet builds muscle.
Nutrition Basics Teaches good proper nutrition habits. Fitness Assessment

Speed Training A course
designed for athletes, or enthusiasts with in interest in how to become faster and quicker.
Sport Specific Training A course that is designed specifically for each client

Combine Training A 6 week program that prepares an athlete for specific testing at a combine or showcase. also
teaches proper running mechanics.
Hands on Stretching By
appointment only....this is a 30 minute hands on physical stretch. Very similar to thai massage. great for relaxation,
and mobility.
Group or Team Speed and agility Clinics A program for teams and or athletes of all sports who have a desire to run faster, perform better,
and become more explosive athletes.
Mix and Match combos This is for clients who love variation. You pick 12 sessions and I will mix and match your program with several
different styles.

a course designed around functional combat style movements, using your own body weight, and unconventional gym equipment.
New Life Program This is for the client who is very overweight,
and needs a private setting to begin working toward beating obesity.
